Friendly and professional! Ok...so I had a horrible accident with red wine on a really expensive piece of furniture and Sam was a wizard!!!! I googled him and reviews like these were so great that I submitted a form on his website! He called me the next day to schedule an appointment. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and properly managed my expectations as red wine on upholstery is a stubborn stain (especially since i tried to fix it myself and made it worse). Then, After a few treatments the stain was disappearing and smashed my expectations out the park!! You can barely tell there was a wine spill!! I see a very faint mark because I know where it was...but anyone else would have a hard time locating it!! Highly highly recommend to ANYONE with any stain!! So glad I went to google and found him!! I’m a forever customer!!

Sam was very responsive in general re pricing and scheduling as well as to my request to not use any cleaning products that have fragrance in them due to my allergies. He let me check out the products before using them and then did a great job cleaning the carpet on our stairs, hallway and family room. We would happily use his services again.
